We handle every refund request personally. If your artisanal goods arrive damaged or the flavor profile is incorrect, we will resolve the issue within 30 days of your report to us.

Quality Standards:

To be eligible for a quality claim, please ensure that:

• The claim is made within 48 hours of delivery

• You provide photos of the product and packaging

The following cannot be returned:

• The supply of goods made to your specific flavor requests or clearly personalized gift batches.

• The supply of artisanal items which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly.

• The supply of items which are not suitable for return due to health protection reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

• The supply of goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items or ingredients.

We reserve the right to refuse claims on any merchandise that does not meet these specific artisanal quality conditions.

Damaged Goods

While we ensure secure packaging, please report any transit damage immediately. Include your order name and mobile number.

Main Street Market

We recommend checking your delivery immediately upon receipt. We cannot be held responsible for items left unattended at the provided address for extended periods. Proof of delivery to the correct mobile/address is required for all claims.

Gifts:

If your artisanal selection was a gift sent directly to your address, you will receive a digital credit for the value of your return once verified. A gift certificate will be sent to your mobile or email.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send any necessary refund directly to the original giver.
